Description of the report

The report header recalls information on the site and the CN:

  • Shipping site address
  • Report creation date
  • vehicle registration: the vehicle's license plate entered upon route shipment.
  • The site logo
  • the CN number
  • The list of DNs contained in the CN.
  • page header text defined at site level.

The report content is organized as follows:

for each transport class:

  • sub-group of UNO codes relating to the items of the transport class:
    • for each item of this sub-group, the SU (Sales Unit) quantity (CU qty in stock * reference qty), total weight (SU qty * gross weight of the level-5 container of the item), its classification, its packing group and the safety regulations (regulations, label plates and transport coefficient) shall be specified.

by group, there are sub-totals of the total weight and the transport class is repeated in the Label column if the total weight exceeds the max. authorized weight for that same class. In that case, the label plates for this class will have to be affixed in the truck.

The footer contains a summary of the data and a box for the signature:

  • by transport coefficient, the total actual weight and weighted (actual weight * coefficient) weight are mentioned.
  • a line summarizing the actual weight and weighted weight as well as the limit threshold (DCMD max. weight at site level) beyond which oranges plates need to be affixed on the truck.
    • If the weighted weight exceeds the threshold, the text "Affixing of orange plates" is displayed.
    • Otherwise the text "transport does not exceed the free limits set as per 1.1.3.6" is displayed.
  • the signature box is composed of 2 parts (1 for the carrier, 1 for the driver) with some footer text (defined at site level).

Notes:

  • In the case of kits, only the kit compound (and not the components) is considered in the calculation.
  • When part of the shipment of a CN takes place in a country different from the one of the shipping site, the DCMD will be printed in the international language (defined at site level).
