Count reconciliation/quantity stock
This report reconciles a stock count and the logical count in terms of CUs. An option is available to obtain the variances in terms of financial valuation.
Prerequisites
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Stocks.
It is also called by default from the following functions :

Note: the 'valmin' and 'valmax' criteria are used to filter the count lines to display based on whether their financial valuation variances in absolute value are comprised between these 2 criteria.
Report description
This report lists the count lines accompanied with the following information in a grid:
- Line no.
- Store - Address
- Product
- Depositor
- total number of counted CUs
- total number of CUs in stock
- The variances:
- in number of CUs (counted CUs - CUs in stock)
- in financial valuation (variance in number of CU * unit price of the product)
At the bottom of the grid, a total is obtained representing the total of the financial valuations of all the lines.
