Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master Data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

 Basic parameters > Products > Quality records > Quality records

In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.

Description of the report

the report header contains the following information:

• the site
• the item
• the lot size: it is the number of parts of the Analysis Requests (AR)
• the AR number
• the sampling type (none or simple)
• the name of the quality record
• the AR status
• the creation date
• the AR closing date

the report content includes:

• the list of questions of the quality record with the default answer (if present)

the report footer provides the following information:

• the number of complying parts
• the number of non-complying parts
• the number of consumed parts
