This document specifies the carriage cost by Carriage Receipt (CR) for a given site and period.

For each carrier/transport mode pair, the report lists the shipped CRs followed by the totalled results by pair and by carrier and finally by site.

This report belongs to the PIN activity code "Transport pre-invoicing" available from the G3.

This functionality is activated in the site and configuration screens of the outputs.

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Outputs.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

 Outputs > Transport > Carrier cost calculation

In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.

Description of the report

The report header displays the following general information:

  • Site: Site name
  • Date range Period concerned for the shipped CRs to be taken into account.
  • Carrier: Carrier code

For each transport mode,

=> the CR lines are displayed, comprised of:

          • The shipment date of the CR
          • The CR no.
          • The postal code of the ship-to customer
          • The town/city of the ship-to customer
          • The CR transport cost amount
          • The CR weight
          • The CR volume
          • The number of parcels shipped for this CR
          • The linear metering for this CR

=> a cumulated summary displays the transport amount, weight, volume, number of parcels and linear metering for the transport mode in question.

Then a cumulated summary displays the transport amount, weight, volume, number of parcels and linear metering for the carrier in question.

Finally a cumulated total is displayed of the transport amount, weight, volume, number of parcels and linear metering for the site in question.
