Interest notes management
Use this function to search for and review all issued interest notes based on your search criteria.
The results display interest notes as follows:
By customer
By interest notes - From this level, you can access the interest note document in Customer BP invoices (GESBIC).
By the interest note line - From this level, you can access the original open item.

Use these criteria to search for interest notes that have been issued.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| Enter a company to search for interest notes issued for that company. |
| Enter a site for the selected company to filter results for that site only. |
Customers
| Enter a range of customers to limit results to customers within that range. |

Interest notes
| Enter a range of interest notes to limit results to interest notes within that range. |
|
|
| Enter start and end dates to limit results to interest notes within that range. |
|
|
| Selected Allto include interest notes whether they have been posted or not. Select Yes to only include posted interested notes. Select No to only include interest notes that have not been posed. |
Open items
| Enter a range of open items to limit results to open items within that range. |

| Enter start and end dates to limit results to open items within that range |

The following fields are present on this tab :

| This field indicates whether the interest note has been posted or not. |
| This field displays the date the interest note was issued. |
|
| This field displays the currency for the open item. |
| This field displays the amount not including tax for the open item on the line. |
| This field displays the amount plus tax for the open item on the line |
