This function is used to inquire all or part of the picking tickets processed or being processed for a customer or for all customers.

It is used to:

  • choose specific picking tickets according to the criteria that are available,
  • choose the information that will be displayed on the screen according to the setup.

This function displays only the information from the picking tickets' header.
A tunnel can be used to access the picking ticket if the user wants to visualize the details.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Selections

    This field is used to filter the picking ticket by stock site.

    • List no. (field PRLNUM)

    Enter here the start and end ranges of the selection for picking tickets.

    Enter the selection end entry number.

    Enter the start and end range of relevant delivered customer codes.

     

    Enter the preparatory code of the relevant picking notes.

    Block number 2

    • In progress (field ECFLG)

    This checkbox is used to display pending picking ticket.

    • Deliverable (field LBFLG)

    This checkbox is used to display the deliverable picking notes.

    • Delivered (field LVFLG)

    This checkbox is used to display delivered picking ticket.

    • From delivery no. (field SDHNUMSTR)

    Enter the start and end ranges of the delivery numbers.

    • To delivery no. (field SDHNUMEND)

     

    • From shipment date (field SHIDATSTR)

    Enter the start and end date ranges for shipment.

    • To shipment date (field SHIDATEND)

     

    • Sort order (field PRHKEY)

    This zone is used to classify the grid's entries according to:

    • the shipment date,
    • the picking tickt number,
    • the deliveres customer code,
    • the preparatory code

    Preparations

    Used to access the selected picking ticket.

    Delivery

    Used to access the shipment details if the shipment has been delivered.

    Specific Buttons

    This button is used to access an entry screen for the criteria.

    • Load preparation carried out: check this box to visualize the picking tickets for which the load preparation has been carried out.
    • Picking ticket printed: check this box to visualize the picking tickets for which the print has been launched.

    This screen is also used to select the sorting criteria for the picking tickets. The user can sort the data by:

    • Shipment date,
    • picking ticket number,
    • Ship-to customer,
    • or picker's name.

    Memo code

    It is also possible to save the selection criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on.

    The STD memo code: is systematically applied when the user enters the inquiry screen.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
