    Screen management

    The first screen is used to select the payslips to be processed.

    The second screen is used to enter in a grid the values of thpse variables that will be taken into account during the next calculation of these payslips.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Grid Input

    The ID number is the employee's unique identifier. It contains 1 to 15 characters.
    It can be entered manually or left blank on creation. In which case it will be incremented automatically via a counter.

    • Employee (field EMPDES)

     

    The contract number of the employee corresponds to one of his contract sequence number.
    To inquire the various contracts of an employee, you must select:

    • his ID number,
    • the document type requested,
    • the event date in the left-hand side of the screen.
    • Arrival (field CTRDAT)

     

    • Date (field PYRDAT)

     

    • Status (field STA)

     

    • Payslip (field BUL)

     

    Enter the code of the variable being searched or to be created.
    This code identifies the variable in a unique way.

    • Value (field VALEUR)

    Error messages

    In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

    No undergoing payroll for this employee

    The entered employee has no undergoing payroll. This payroll is either non-existent, being posted, or posted.

    Variable already entered for this slip
    Access to the variable denied

    The variable is protected by an access code you do not have the rights to.

    Variable inactive

    The variable is not defined as active.

    Employee belonging to the <site name> site

    In the selection screen of variables, this message is displayed if the entered employee does not belong to the selection performed previously.

    Employee belonging to the <service name> service

    In the selection screen of variables, this message is displayed if the entered employee does not belong to the selection performed previously.

    Employee belonging to the <profile name> profile

    In the selection screen of variables, this message is displayed if the entered employee does not belong to the selection performed previously.
