This inquiry is used to know the number of service requests by employee (code of the user performing a commercial job). All employees in the database are displayed even if no service requests has been assigned to them.

From the moment that a service request has been given an employee type assignment (Management tab), it is possible to view the statistics on the employees by right click on the "Assignment detail" field. The number of assigned service requests is displayed by employee code in a grid sub-divided into sites. It is then possible to access by tunnel the detail of each employee concerned.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

When opening the window, this window is loaded with all the employees working on the customer support site associated with the current user.

The site name is then displayed.

Nevertheless the user can enlarge the content of the list to the whole of the employees on all the sites.

To that end, the site code displayed in the window header should be deleted.

Specific Buttons

By positioning oneself on an employee line in the grid, this line can be selected and associated with the service request as a new assignment.
