This function is used to define the execution define time constraints for batch tasks, to define when a task can be launched.

Warning, this table is common to all the folders, because it is installed in the supervisor folder (this is normal given that the batch server functions for all the folders).

In order to understand the influence of the different parameters, it is advisable to read the documentation explaining the Function cycle for the batch server.

A date constraint code can be associated with a batch task or a group of tasks, in order to define the days that are authorised for its launch.

It is defined in two grids containing the authorised time ranges :

  • one for the non working days (days of the week not ticked and days from the holiday calendar)
  • the other for the working days.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

This code is used to identify a time constraint that can be assigned to a task or group of tasks.

  • Description (field DES)

Title associated with the previous code.

Work days

  • field DAYOPE

These check boxes define the days in the week that are worked.

Other days calendar

This code is used to define the holiday days that are added to the non checked boxes in the record to define all the non working days.

Grid Hours/day worked

  • Start time (field STROPE)

These fields are used to define the time slots authorized for working days.

  • End time (field ENDOPE)

 

Grid Hours (worked) other days

  • Start time (field STRCLO)

These fields are used to define the time slots authorized for non working days.

  • End time (field ENDCLO)

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

The dates must be in ascending order.

An interval has been entered with an end date less than the start date.
