Prior allocation keys

• Distribution (field DSP)

The analytical distribution keys are used to automatically distribute the line amount of a posting in financial accounting over several analytical lines according to the weighting factor and this done in a single entry.

The analytical distribution key is composed of 1 to 10 alphanumeric characters.

• Description (field DESTRA)

Title of the allocation code (alphanumerical, on 30 characters).

By default the short title, the long title or the column header of a data are recorded (on creation/update) in the connection language of the user.
You can add your translation in another language using the Translation function:

• Click Translation from the Actions icon in the corresponding field.
• In the Translation window, add a new language code with the translation in this language.

A user who logs on with this language will view the short description, long description or column header in their connection language if a translation exists. Otherwise, these descriptions will be available in the folder language.

The connection language must be defined as a default language for thefolder.

• Short description (field SHOTRA)

The short description replaces the standard description when display or print constraints require it.

By default the short title, the long title or the column header of a data are recorded (on creation/update) in the connection language of the user.
You can add your translation in another language using the Translation function:

• Click Translation from the Actions icon in the corresponding field.
• In the Translation window, add a new language code with the translation in this language.

• Access code (field ACS)

This access code is used to prohibit access to the analytical distribution key for certain users.
If this field is assigned, only the users who have this access code in their profile will be able to modify or use this analytical distribution. According to the rights assigned the following operations will be possible:
Enquiry: Used to view the postings that use this analytical distribution (the database enquiry is always possible).
Modification : This allows the modification of the database record.
Execution : Makes it possible to use this analytical distribution in posting entries.

• Company/Site/Group (field FCY)

if this field is entered, then the analytical distribution key can only be used for this site.

• Description (field LIBFCY)

• Valid from (field VLYSTR)

These date define the period during which the analytical distribution key can be used.
If the start date is not entered, the analytical distribution key can be used from the first day of the first financial year.
If the end date is not entered, the analytical distribution key can be used from the start date without end date.

• Valid to (field VLYEND)

• Dimension type (field DIE)

This field is used to enter or select any dimension view set up in the database.

• Coefficients (field COE)

This coefficient is used to calculate the amount to be assigned to the dimension that are defined later.
The total of the coefficients in this grid must not exceed 100%, the software calculates itself the relative weighting for the different lines with respect to the account posting amount.

• field CCE1

Indicate, axis by axis, the analytical dimension that will be assigned to the accounting posting.
