This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.

As data is linked to a site, a filter per site can be activated.

Before proceeding with the setup of the budget calculation formulas, you need to define certain basic information such as:

• the budgets,
• the budget entry transactions,
• the company and site architecture. Although a budget code is not linked to either a site or a company, it is necessary to define whether the budget is built by site or by company.
• the accounting periods as well as the fiscal years,
• the dimension and account analytical charts (this is not mandatory but it can make it possible to improve the setup of the budget variables).
