Accounting codes - Implementation

Prerequisites

It is necessary to have previously defined:

• the Accounting code entry transactions,
• the associated plans and codes,
• if necessary, the specific accounting code lines (local menu 2820).

The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

Dependent activity codes

These codes are never entered in folder management, because their value is calculated :

 CSL1 (Consolidation or pre-conso.).

Functional

 BE281 : Belgian 281.5 form

 CSL : Consolidation

 DAS : DAS2

 ESD : European services declaration

 FAS : Asset folder

 PRCSL : Pre-consolidation

 SVC : Periodic accruals

 WTHMG : Withholding tax management

Sizing

 ANA : No. of analytical dimensions

 NBCOA : No. of charts of accounts

Localization

 KDE : German localization

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.
