No closed FYR to be saved
This setup is used during the Archiving/Purging processing:
- of assets from the FA (processing code FASISS)
- of the depreciation detail of previous FYs (processing code FASDEPCLO).
It is used to indicate the number of closed FYs that should not be archived but saved in the live folder.
Its default value is 3.
Assets issued for the asset
The processing concerns assets issued in real mode, with an issue date inferior to:
current FY start date - n FYs (value of n equals the value of the NBEXNOHIS parameter).
Example :
- This parameter is set to 3. Therefore, the number of closed FYs to save equals 3.
- Let the contexts Accounting and fiscal and IAS/IFRS. Their FY subdivision is as follows:

01/01/2001 to 31/12/2001: year closed
01/01/2002 to 31/12/2002: year closed
01/01/2003 to 31/12/2003: year closed
01/01/2004 to 31/12/2004: year closed

01/10/2001 to 30/09/2002: year closed

The processing will only apply to the assets with an issue date inferior to 01/10/2011.
It will make it possible to archive and/or purge the selected assets (FXDASSETS table), their depreciations (DEPREC table) as well as the attached expenses (LAYOUTFAS).
Closed financial year depreciations
The processing concerns depreciations (DEPREC table), related to or previous to:
closed FY - n FYs (value of n equals the value of the NBEXNOHIS parameter).

- This parameter is set to 3. Therefore, the number of closed FYs to save equals 3.

For the context Accounting and fiscal, the processing will apply to the recordings of the DEPREC table for the FY [01/01/2001 -- 31/12/2001] and previous FYs.
For the context IAS/FRS, the processing will apply to the recordings of the DEPREC table for the FY [01/10/2000 -- 30/09/2001] and previous FYs.
