This parameter is used to indicate the sales representative associated with the User record.

When a sales representative is associated with a user record, it is mandatory to specify an address and a weekly time sheet if the employee does not occupy a full time function.

This parameter is defined at the level User.It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group COL (Employee profile),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

Comments

The User/Representative association is required in order to use the CRM module. In effect, this module works with the sales representatives file to manage the employees.
