Synchronization management
Use this parameter to activate globally in this folder the synchronization management of tasks, calls, appointments and contacts between Outlook and Sage X3.
You can then customize this setup by activating or deactivating the synchronization for each action type separately: synchronization of tasks, calls, appointments and contacts. You can set up these dedicated parameters from the CRM chapter, SYN group.

This parameter is defined at the level Folder.It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group SYN (Synchronization),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- CRMAPTTYP (Synchro appointment category)
- CRMSYNCBAP (Synchronise meetings)
- CRMSYNCCLL (Synchronisation of calls)
- CRMSYNCCOR (Synchronise contacts)
- CRMSYNCTSK (Task synchronisation management)
The global variable GCRMSYNC is associated with it.
