This parameter is used upon determination of the customer sequence number of a service request.
It is used to specify the length of the suffix added to the prefix set in parameter CHRSREBPC - Customer seq no. prefix length.
This numeric suffix uses one counter by customer. This counter, created in the DEFVAL table, has the following key: "CTC" and the customer code. It starts with 1 and is incremented each time a new customer sequence number is assigned to a service request. 

This mechanism applies when parameter SRENUMAUT - Customer automatic sequence no. is set to "Yes" or, when it is set to "No", if the "Propose a customer sequence number" option, available from the "Customer" field, is used. If this option is not used, it will be up to the user to complete the suffix during the entry.
