Filter representative (report)
This general setup is used to choose whether it is necessary to apply filters by sales representatives on some reports. When choosing to apply filters, these filters are implemented as follows:
- The user must be a Sales representative.
See setup AUSCRMA (Function) from the CRM activities module. The value of this parameter must be equal to Sales engineer.
- The user parameter AUSCRMF (Sales representative code) from the CRM activities module must be assigned.
When this conditions are met, a non modifiable filter is applied on the recordings of the Sales rep connected on following reports:
- OPPOR2, OPPOR4,
- DEVICLIENT, DEVICLIENT2, DEVICLIENT2PI, DEVICLIENT2PIUK, DEVICLIENT2UK, DEVTTC, DEVTTC2, DEVTTC2PI, DEVTTC2PIUK, DEVTTC2UK,
- SQUOT, SQUOT2, SQUOTE, SQUOTL, SQUOTR,
- SCARNETCDE, SCARNETQTY.
Level of localization/Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level Company.It belongs to Chapter VEN (Sales) and the Group MIS (Miscellaneous),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- AUTOSELITS (Automatic selection)
- LINBPD (Ship-to customer on detail)
- LINREP (Sales rep on detail)
- SDHVALLIG (Line delivery valuation)
- SIHVALLIG (Line invoice valuation)
- SOHVALLIG (Line order valuation)
- SQHVALLIG (Line quote valuation)
The global variable GAUSCRMROL is associated with it.
