Import of employees' contracts.
Prerequisites
The employees must have been created.
The work-related accident table must be completed.
Mandatory fields in the template
The mandatory fields are:
- Employee ID
- Contract date
- Arrival reason
- Nature of contract
- Site
- Department (if not specified, this field is valued with the default department of the site)
- Profile (if not specified, this field is valued with the default profile of the site)
- Job
- Collective agreement (if not specified, this field is valued with the default collective agreement of the site when indicated, otherwise it is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 358).
- WA risk (if not specified, this field is valued with the default WA risk of the site)
- Weekly hours (if not specified, this field is valued with the HOUWEKLEG parameter)
- Monthly hours (if not specified, this field is valued with the HOUMONLEG parameter)
- Socio-professional category (if not specified, this field is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 362)
- Category status (if not specified, this field is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 364)
- IRC status (if not specified, this field is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 368)
- Professional status (if not specified, this field is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 357)
- Specific category (if not specified, this field is valued with the default value of miscellaneous table 441)
