Prerequisites

At least one payslip must exist for the employee.

Mandatory fields in the template

The mandatory fields are:

• Employee ID
• Payroll variable

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

ID number does not exist

Employee not defined in the management of employees.

Contract does not exist

Contract not defined in the management of contracts.

Payroll does not exist

No payslip has been created for the employee.

Incorrect date

The date does not correspond to the date of the employee's latest payslip.

Modification not possible

The employee's latest payslip is being posted or already posted.

Nonexistent variable

Variable not defined in the management of variables.

Variable not modifiable

The variable is not defined at the employee level.
