If the printing is not carried out for any reason: printer failure, network issue, paper jam, etc. it is possible to relaunch it via theBONPRELIV9 - Delivery picking ticket pre-printing report.
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Sales - Internal documents.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
