Phys asset count note report
This report restores, for a physical count operation, the list of physical count lists that meet the sort criteria specified during the print request; these criteria can concern a part of or a whole location (Site/Building/Floor/Room), on the status, and the action code of these lists.
The lists are displayed sorted by Location, Document and Bar code of the physical element.

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.

Miscellaneous
1/ The entry of values for these selection setups, different from the Physical count operation, is not mandatory. The default values displayed are those entered in the Report dictionary.
2/ Any control of existence is carried out on the values entered for the Room and Location selection setups. In the case where they are inexistent or inconsistent, any print is carried out.
3/ It is possible to specify, as a selection setup, a specific statement status; it is necessary, in this case, to set the All status setup toNo; indeed, when this setup is set to Yes, it surpasses the specified status.
4/ It is possible to specify, as a selection setup, a specific action code; it is necessary, in this case, to set the All status setup toNo; indeed, when this setup is set to Yes, it surpasses the specified action code.

Grouping/sort criteria
The statements are presented, grouped and sorted in ascending order according to the following criteria:
- Stock count site page break
- Location code 2 lines break
- Room
- bar code of the physical element
Restored information
- Header
The header specifies the stock count site reference.
The report displays 2 lines per selected statement.
