Comments

The data is filtered by site according to the rights granted to the user on the function GESNCSH (Non-conformance).

Six ranges are displayed:

  • To include all non-conformances, leave the default values defined.
  • To include only selected non-conformances, enter the required ranges. Leave the First value field as the default value to include the first value on file; leave the Final value field as the default value to include the last value on file.

Type in, or select a value for other reported non-conformance incident data (fields) to further filter the results, or leave blank to include all non-conformances.

An incidence of non-conformance can apply to a specific product, or a system or non-stock item such as documentation, procedure or training. To only print incidents raised against 'processes', set the Non-product field to 'Yes'.

To report on non-conformance statuses other than 'Closed' the First value field of the Closed date range must be blank.
