General Ledger Accounts
The PLAN report is used to print the chart of accounts defined at folder level.
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Common data > General accounting tables > General > Accounts
Common data > General accounting tables > General > Account groups
Common data > General accounting tables > General > Account pyramids

Comments
In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.
Description of the report
The PLAN report retrieves the list of accounts of the chart of accounts classified by sort order.
For each account, the PLAN report shows:
- The account number
- The code (collective or call code)
- The account title
- The account type (Normal, Accumulation or Collective)
- The analytical nature associated with the account.
