A category tag allows to group the tags. A tag can have a unique category, but the category is not mandatory.
The tag category contains the following information:
Description of the category.
A list of tags having this category are displayed. In Edit mode, it is possible to associate additional tags to this category (the selection window allows multiple selection). When this is performed, the tags selected will have their previous category (if any) replaced by the current category.
