A tag is a label attached to a document to manage the document easier. A document can be associated with several tags.
The tag contains the following information:
User friendly description of the group.
A list of documents linked to this tag are displayed. In Edit mode, it is possible to associate additional documents to this tag (the selection window allows multiple selection), or to delete associations (the tag will be removed from the document definition).
A list of template documents linked to this tag are displayed. In Edit mode, it is possible to associate additional template documents to this tag (the selection window allows multiple selection), or to delete associations (the tag will be removed from the template document definition).
An information that allows to categorize the tags. A tag can have a unique category, but the field is not mandatory.
