This function is used to view the employees' time entry and to total events based on the time spent.

The different search criteria must be entered:

  • Company/Site It is mandatory to enter the company or the site.
  • Period: All the times entered on this period are displayed in the table. Times are totaled on this same period.
  • Department*: The selection may concern all the employees who belong to the same department.
  • Employee ID The selection may concern a single employee ID.

Specific Buttons

This button is used to manage a Memo file and display additional search criteria:

  • Event: Is used to display the times entered for a single event.
  • Sort: The times can be sorted in the table in ascending order of the date or the employee ID.
  • Category : The selection may concern the category which the event belongs to.
  • Analytical dimensions: It is possible to only display the times which are assigned to a range of analytical sections.
  • Company: This is the company to which the time entry has been assigned. The employee may belong to the company X and perform work for the company B. The working time entry must be assigned to the company B.
  • Customer: This is the customer whom the employee's service provision has been assigned to.
  • Order: This is the order number which invoices the employee's service provision.

This button is used to launch the search based on the entered criteria and to fill in the table.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
