This function is used to fill, load and export the social activity unique report. It is possible to use this function to load data in fields that are not present in the system before export this file in xml.

Entity

  • Code SAUR (field CODSAUR)

Use this field to provide the SAUR code for the company/site. This field, in the object to fill and export RUAS, is updated automatically and is not editable.

This code is available in https://www.relatoriounico.pt/.

This field requires the CAE Code. There can be several CAE Codes acording to the company or companies activity.

  • Company tax ID number (field CRN)

Field updated with tax identification number stored on employee/employer.

  • Social Security number (field CPYSSCNBR)

Social security number of the company.

  • Company name (field CPYNAM)

This is the company, or trade name.
The company name (up to 35 characters) is more significant than the company code.
This information will be used on the majority of the documents sent externally.
On the screens where necessary, the system mostly uses the short name allowing easier identification.

  • Address line (field BPAADDLIG)

This code is used to identify the various addresses associated with the managed record (user, company, site, business partner of any description, etc.).

Each address code is unique to a given record.

In general, it is mandatory to enter an address for each record, and one of them must be declared as the default address using the corresponding box.

An address code cannot be modified or deleted once it is used at the level of a Bank ID number or for a contact. In this case, to be able to modify or delete an address code, it is first necessary to remove it from the level of the Bank ID number or contact.

  • Postal code (field POSCOD)

The postal code whose entry format is defined in the Country table enables the city/town to be specified. When the postal code is changed the city/town corresponding to the new code is automatically displayed.

  • City (field CTY)

 

The administrative division is a system under which splits the territory of the State as fractions, in order to set up in each administration's his own territory.

Each of the fractions that are divided territory are called ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION.

The country code defined in this field is the country of the employee's bank. This code is used to differentiate on a same slip euro accounts that can be opened in different countries. This code is used for the calculation of the IBAN.

Code used to identify the country of a BP, and so on. This code is controlled in the country table.
The country is an important information which entails a certain number of controls and automatisms.
Examples: Bank ID format (RIB), IBAN management, telephone number format,site tax ID number format,NAF code format,postal code format.

  • Telephone (field TEL)

Enter the telephone number.
The entry format for this field depends on the country.

  • Fax (field FAX)

Fax number with an entry format identical to that of the telephone number and dependent on the country.

  • E-mail (field WEB)

This field is used to mention an email address. For example: www.xxxxxx.com or jwood@xxxxxx.tm.com

Employed persons

  • Employed persons (field PPLEMPCPY)

Use this field to provide the number of contract workers at the company on the 31st December or 31st October (depending on the annex) in the reference year of the report.

Note: If the company in question is a temporary employment company, should be consider to this field all workers under a temporary employment contract.

  • Average (field AVGPPLEMPC)

Use this field to provide the average number of contract workers during the reference year of the report. The value is: Sum of contract workers on the last business day of each month of activity / number of months of activity in the reporting year.

If this calculation results in a value with a decimal point, consider the integer.

  • Workers (field NORWRK)

Use this field to provide the number of employees on the 31st of December of the reference year of the report, considering:

- Workers with contract (TCO), unpaid family workers, the employer when they have functions in the Company (for example, the owner / managing partner) and active members of cooperatives. Include in this field the professional interns, employment with qualification and all interns with an employment contract (do not include internships). Exclude all people absent for more than a month for the specified reference date (December 31); the self-employed (service providers, also known as "independent workers");

Note: Workers that work for this company but are paid by a second company (eg temporary workers) should be included in the company that have a contract.

  • Average (field AVGNORWRK)

Use this field to provide the average number of contract workers during the reference year of the report. The value is: Sum of contract workers on the last business day of each month of activity / number of months of activity in the reporting year.

If this calculation results in a value with a decimal point, consider the integer.

  • No. of times abroad (field NBRTIMWRK)

Use this field to provide the total of times that the workers of this company worked abroad, that they moved to a different site or other company in the reference year of the report, being paided by the company and having an employment contract.

Note: The number of detachments may be greater than the number of posted workers.

  • Wrk. other country (field WRKOTHCRY)

Use this field to provide the total of workers of this company that worked abroad, that moved to a different site or other company in the reference year of the report, being paided by the company and having an employment contract.

Associations and syndicates

  • Workers w/ syndicate (field SYNDWRK)

Use this field to provide the number of workers that are linked to a respective union.

Use this field to provide the motive linked to the hours of absence of the employee during the reference year of the report.

Use this field to provide the ammount of hours in normal working days, where the employee, should have worked but was absent for a defined reason, and was not paid. This number of hours should be divided by gender (M - Male and F - Female).

    The list of profession codes is defined in Miscellaneous table 11552.

    Use this field to provide the current extension to the collective bargaining agreement code defined in the field IRCT code.

    Use this field to provide the of number of working hours paid in October, corresponding to the normal working hours.
    Include in this field the hours of paid absence (eg, vacation, family support).
    Delete the hours unpaid (ex .: unjustified absences, illness periods not paid directly by the company).

    • Meal allowance (field XMEAALL)

    Use this field to provide the amount paid for meal allowance.

    Note: This value is linked to the setup of the legal declaration RUAS, code R014.

    • Shift allowance (field XSHFALL)

    Use this field to provide the amount paid for the shift allowance.

    Note: This value is linked to the setup of the legal declaration RUAS, code R015.

    • Oth. bon. reg. sub. (field XOTHREGALL)

    Use this field to provide the amount paid corresponding to other regular bonuses and allowances.
    Caution: do not include in this field the meal allowance and the allowance for shift work or night work.

    Note: This value is linked to the setup of the legal declaration RUAS, code R016.

    • Irregulars payments (field XIRRPAY)

    Use this field to provide the gross amount paid in October not regular. Examples of this ammounts are payments by way of share of profits, distribution of securities or other gratuities, allowances, retroactive, regular attendance bonuses and not pay monthly productivity, Christmas bonuses or vacation which may have been paid in October.

    Note: This value is linked to the setup of the legal declaration RUAS, code R017.

    • Overtime amount (field XSUPAMT)

    Use this field to provide the gross amount paid for the overtime hours done by the employee in October  on working days or on rest days or holidays.

    SEEINFO This entry field is also used to specify the reason for a contractual change justifying the generation of an amendment.

    • Contract end date (field XXITDAT)

    In case of departure of an employee, specify their departure date. If not, leave the field empty.
    The chronological order of arrival/departure dates is checked at the end of the entry.
    SEEINFO This entry field is also used to specify the end date of a contractual situation, in the case where changes occur and an amendment is generated.

    Specify the reason why a new "Contract" record corresponding to a new activity period has been created. This field is mandatory because it is essential for the French DADS-U generation.

    Use this field to provide the total number of hours that are worked by the employees.

    It includes overtime.

    It also includes time spent at work in the execution of works such as the preparation of working tools, preparation and maintenance tools, times working dead but paid due to occasional absences from work, machines stop or accident and short breaks coffee. Excludes the hours of absences whether they were paid or not.

    Work-related accidents

    Use this field to indicate the work accidents in the company. A work accident is the accident that occurs at the work site and at a working time and produces directly or indirectly bodily injury, functional disorder or disease resulting in reduction of working or earning capacity or death.
