Prerequisites

The natures of events which make it possible to generate certificates are the following:

  •  Work-related injuries
  •  Commuting accidents occurring on the way to or from work
  •  Occupational disease leave

The event triggering the generation of a record is an initial occupational disease leave or a commuting accident occurring on the way to or from work.

Therefore, it is necessary to enter one of these natures as an initial leave in the time management function for the involved employee. If time management is not used, the manual creation of a certificate remains possible.
