Prerequisites current version

This document provides information about the latest version (currently 9). The prerequisites for previous versions can be found in the Prerequisites (History) document.

The Sage X3 People version 9 platform includes several components. Some of them are new and linked to the Versions 7 and above platform, and some are required to support the version 6 technology used by the Classic mode.

The prerequisites are described for each component in the following documents:

Application and data server

The application server used by Sage X3 People can be installed in a combination of Windows, Linux or AIX servers, with Oracle or SQL server databases. The details of the prerequisites are provided in the following documents:

Web "Syracuse" server

The Web "Syracuse" server is a web server based on node.js. It is used to connect to the Sage X3 People servers and to manage the administration and collaboration data with a nosql mongodb database. The prerequisites are described in the following documents:

Crystal Reports
