Mass adjustments
This screen allows the qualitative adjustments of reserve stocks by previously selecting several stock objects through the entry ofcriteria.
The stock adjustment does not allow the moving of the stock object but allow the change by leaving it in its place, in this case, the object should not be in pending input nor in pending output.
It is also possible to do a qualitative adjustment during the stock transfer which mean to say a shift from its original location.
Just after its creation, the movement is validated so it is not possible to have a « pending » phase on this type of movement. In this manner, an adjustment movement can never be closed nor deleted.
This function allows only the carrying out of adjustments of the Qualitative type.
Depending on the movement code used, to do these adjustments and depending on the interfaces parameters, a movement report can be generated for the upstream returns.

Screen management
The screens of mass adjustments are displayed after the keying in of the criteria that display the selected stock objects.
Then the following phases follow :
- Selection of the stock objects
- Key in of the characteristics to be modified
- Launching of the adjustment process
- Display of anomalies if any.

Presentation
The keying in of the movement code is compulsory and should be of qualitative adjustment type.
The date and time system is displayed by default.

Tab Stock objects
Presentation
The screen displays the unitary stock object of the site. The icon 4 on the tool bar allows the pagination to view all the stock objects.
Only the stock objects with out pendings and found on the « reserve » type of locations are displayed.
The stock objects can be selected one by one or by mass through Click right Check all.

Tab Adjustment
Presentation
Key in the characteristics to be changed by choosing a line on the Update column. Then key in the value to be initialized to be replaced on the Value column.
If no value is keyed in, the system will put it back to blank.
At the validation of the process, the presentation of the anomalies allows the display of the results of the process.
An adjustment report is displayed depending on the errors encountered during the processing.

Depending on the setting-up of the site, an operator code might be asked. He should therefore be allowed to make adjustments.

Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Movement code forbidden
The movement code keyed in is not a qualitative adjustment type code.
No change to be processed.
In case of qualitative adjustment, no data was changed in relation to that of the stock object.
Store : data unknown
The keyed in store is unknown.
Incorrect format
The address format keyed in does not correspond to that of the store.
Location : data unknown
The location keyed in does not exist in the chosen store.
Item : data unknown
The item code keyed in is unknown.
No data selected
The criteria keyed for slot / item do not allow the selection of a stock object.
Movement code : data unknown
The movement code keyed in does not exist for the depositor.
Lot n° : mandatory field
The item should be manage with lot n°, which is not keyed in.
