Inter-site round tracking
This option is used for the tracking and inquiry of "inter-site" rounds destined for the current site.
This concerns "inter-site" rounds or rounds pending shipment, or else rounds that are already validated.

Screen management
This tracking option is sub-divided into 2 screens:
- The upper screen displaying the selection criteria to carry out the search.
- The lower screen displaying the results to the search.

The following fields are present on this tab :
Selection

| Creation site of the "inter-site" round. If it is entered, the system displays all the "inter-site" rounds having the current site as the destination site. |
| Number of the "inter-site" round. If it is checked, the system displays the DOs assigned to this "inter-site" round having the current site as the destination site. |
| If it is activated, are only displayed the validated "inter-site" rounds having the current site as their destination site. If it is not activated, are displayed all the validated and non-validated "inter-site" rounds having the current site as their destination site. |

Tab DO list
Presentation
This screen displays the "DOs" pending transfer, assigned to an "inter-site" round, destined to the current site that meets the previously mentioned selection criteria.
The recordings in the grid are sorted by default according to the triplet (site, depositor, DO no.) but this sorting can be modified at any moment by double-clicking on the header of each column.
The screen contains the following information:
- Site of origin, number, reference and status of the DO "pending transfer"
- Site of origin, number, status, date, time, carrier, trasnport mode, weight, volume and linear metering of the "inter-site" round.
