Campaigns
An inventory campaign (or cycle counting) is an entity that represents a period set in time by a start date and an end date and during which minimum inventory objectives are determined in terms of stock count numbers.
These objectives are determined by product by means of the inventory class.
This inventory is "product oriented": in accounting, "each product must have been counted at least once during the year". A product is counted when all of its IT locations have been physically controlled at a moment m.
This function is used to manage a campaign but also track the progress status of a campaign.

Screen management
A campaign is defined by a start date and an end date. Only one campaign can be active at a given date. Therefore, two campaigns cannot overlap.

Tab Progress
Presentation
The Progress tab is a dashboard of the products to be counted in the campaign according to their inventory class.
The classes are defined by:
- Frequency: Number of times when the class must be counted in the campaign
- Products: Number of products belonging to the class
- Addresses: Number of locations where the class is stocked at a moment m
- Objects: Number of stock objects corresponding to the class
- PKU: Number of PKUs which correspond to the number of objects
- Freq x Item: Number of stock counts to carry out in the campaign for the class
- Closed lines: number of closed stock counts
- Lines in progress: number of stock counts in progress
- Rest: balance to carry out
- %: percentage carried out
The 'Totals' block is used to give an overview of all the campaign data listed by class.
In the 'Progress' tab, when clicking 'Update' in the Actions menu on each line of the table, it is possible to update the table. This update is useful if you wish to modify the product inventory classes or update the number of stock objects to count. This update is carried out systematically when requesting a stock count per campaign (Generation of stock counts function - CSHSKC).

Tab Stock counts
Presentation
The Stock counts tab represents the list of stock count identifiers generated for the campaign.
Note: a settled stock count is a stock count which has not been carried out; a closed stock count is a stock count with at least one count closed, i.e. carried out.
In this tab, when clicking the Actions menu, it is possible to Jump to the campaign inventories.
