This function is used to view statistics on materials.

Main selection criteria: 

  • Date range
  • Material type
  • Material

Statistical data:

  • Unavailability rate: it features the ratio between the unavailability duration of a material over a given period (not taking the holidays into account) and the total duration of the period (not taking the holidays into account).
  • Use rate: it features the ratio between the use duration of a material over a given period and the total duration of the period (not taking the holidays into account).
  • Rate of the processed tasks: it features the ratio between the number of tasks with status "8-Processed" with this material and the total number of tasks with status '8-Processed'.

These statistical data can be accessed on two levels (by type of material or material).

SEEINFO for all calculations, are considered the tasks of the current site whose end dates belong to the entered date range.

The function is comprised of a selection block and a grid that displays the statistics by type of material and material.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

  • Start date (field DATDEB)

 

  • End date (field DATFIN)

 

Code identifying the type of material (defined by site).

A material type identifies a set of materials likely on any given site to be used for the same types of missions, within the same mission areas (for handling materials) and to be used by the same types of resources.

Code that identifies the material.

Grid

Code that identifies the material.

  • % unavailability (field VAL1)

Specifies the unavailability rate: it features the ratio between the unavailability duration of a material over a given period (not taking the holidays into account) and the total duration of the period (not taking the holidays into account).

  • % use (field VAL2)

Specifies the use rate: it features the ratio between the use duration of a material over a given period and the total duration of the period (not taking the holidays into account).

  • % tasks processed (field VAL3)

Specifies the rate of the processed tasks: it features the ratio between the number of tasks with status "8-Processed" with this material and the total number of tasks with status '8-Processed'.
