Description of the report

The report header recalls information on the site and the CR:

  • Shipping site address
  • Report creation date
  • vehicle's registration: the vehicle's license plate entered upon round shipment.
  • The site logo
  • the CR number
  • The list of DNs contained in the CR.
  • page header text defined at site level.

The report content is organized as follows for each transport category:

  • sub-group of the UN codes of the products of the transport category:
    • for each product in this sub-group, the Sales Unit qty (SU qty in stock * referred qty), the quantity of hazardous materials, its classification, its packing group, its tunnel restriction and the safety instructions (instruction, label plates and transport coefficient) are specified.

sub-totals of the quantity of hazardous materials are obtained by group.

The footer contains a summary of the data and a box for the signature:

Case 1: the CR contains hazardous products of only one transport category

  • a line specifying the actual quantity of hazardous materials as well as a threshold (maxi limit qty defined at transport category level beyond which oranges plates need to be affixed on the truck
    • In the event of the actual quantity of hazardous materials being above the threshold, the text "transport exceeding the prescriptions of Chapter 1.1.3.6" is displayed.
    • Otherwise the text "transport not exceeding the prescriptions of Chapter 1.1.3.6" is displayed.
  • the signature box is composed of 2 parts (1 for the carrier, 1 for the driver) with some footer text (defined at site level).

Case 2: the CR contains hazardous products of several transport categories

  • by transport coefficient, the total quantity and the weighed quantity (actual material qty * coefficient) of hazardous materials is mentioned
  • a line specifying the actual and weighed quantity of hazardous materials as well as a threshold (DCMD maxi limit qty at site level) beyond which oranges plates need to be affixed on the truck
    • In the event of the weighed quantity of hazardous materials being above the threshold, the text "transport exceeding the prescriptions of Chapter 1.1.3.6" is displayed.
    • Otherwise the text "transport not exceeding the prescriptions of Chapter 1.1.3.6" is displayed.
  • the signature box is composed of 2 parts (1 for the carrier, 1 for the driver) with some footer text (defined at site level).

Notes:

  • In the case of kits, only the kit compound (and not the components) is considered in the calculation.
  • When part of the shipment of a CN takes place in a country different from the one of the shipping site, the DCMD will be printed in the international language (defined at site level).
