Shortage status
This document is used to identify stock shortages linked to the wave launch. Cancellations upon preparation, shipment deferrals or shipment cancellations are not mentioned in this document.
This print corresponds to two reports: Shortage status by item and shortage status by DO
It can be printed automatically upon launching the wave if the output configuration setup permits it. The two reports are set up in the output configuration.
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Outputs.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Outputs > Waves > Waves

Description of the report
The header of the RUPTURE report displays the following information:
- Site and depositor
- Wave no.
- DO no. in shortage: entered if the sort order is requested by DO
For each line of the shortage report, the report mentions:
- The item in shortage, along with the description
- The DO no., the DO reference and the no. of the DO line concerned by the shortage
- The total CUs on the line and the CU shortage quantity
- Line total expressed in delivery containers
- The information related to the DO line: Reservation no., Lot no., Stock nature, requested FIFO date.
- Ship-to customer code, and company name, reason for the shortage.
