This function is used to select from a list, the configuration histories to be deleted. The display of this history is subjected to selection criteria.

    Scenario : Enter or select the configuration scenario number (maximum 5 characters).

    Site: The stock site from which the configuration was launched.

    Reference date: The reference date is used to select the configurations to be purged up to a given date. The entry of a blank date is used to select all the configurations.

    Selection screen

    This screen presents the principal characteristics of the configurations carried out and is used to select those that should be deleted. The purge of a configuration leads to the deletion of all the data that is associated with it (parent product, component, BOM and routing). If the parent product or the components associated with this configuration are present in the stock file, the stock flag is set to yes and the configuration cannot be deleted.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Block number 1

    Enter or select the configuration scenario number (maximum 5 characters and description with up to 30 characters).

    Selections

    Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active.

    The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.

    • Reference date (field REFDAT)

    The reference date is used to select the configurations to be purged up to a given date.

    The entry of a blank date (00/00/00) is used to select all the configurations.

    • Select (field SELFLG)

    Check this box if the configuration data must be erased.

    Action icon

    Configuration Detail

    This action is used to access in inquiry mode, the history of the selected configuration. In a single screen the responses given and the variables calculated are displayed for the configuration.

    Config. Data

    This action is used to access in inquiry mode the screen with the attributes of the product line concerned by the selected configuration.

    Stock Management Data

    This action is used to access in inquiry mode the stock characteristics of the products arising from the configuration (product data, product-site data, reorder characteristics, stock situation).

    Stock by Site

    This is a tunnel to the inquiry "stock by site" with, as selection criteria, the configured product.

    Menu Bar

    Is used to select all the configurations displayed except those for which entries in the stock file exist .

    Is used to de-select the selected configurations manually or by using the button  .

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
