The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

Dependent activity codes

These codes are never entered in folder management, because their value is calculated :

 FHRPA (Presence of HCM or HRA).

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.

The following options can be activated or deactivated for each user :

Workflow rules

Two manual workflow rules (to launch manually or in batch) are available:

• Preparatory slip in draft status: an email is sent to the manager if the slip is in draft status and if the application date is inferior or equal to the current date minus seven days. The manager can thus be warned if he has forgotten to submit a slip whose consideration date is close.
  
• Late preparatory slip: an email is sent to all the members of the hierarchical cycle if a slip with lines in Request status and whose application date is inferior or equal to the current date minus seven days exists.
