Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.

As data is linked to a site, a filter per site can be activated.

Miscellaneous tables

The following miscellaneous tables are used by the function. They must be populated if necessary :

 Miscellaneous table number 611 : Resource category

 Miscellaneous table number 531 : Vehicle reintegration ceiling

Miscellaneous prerequisite

 The setup of the section association must be performed by the Associations – definition function beforehand.

 The Asset groups section can be the decisive section; the groups must be defined beforehand.

 If the section associations pertain to the Asset business object, the Accounting code section can constitute the decisive section; the accounting codes must be defined beforehand.
