Budget miscellaneous entry

The budget MO import enables the addition of budget MO lines but does not enable the replacement of existing lines.

SEEINFO It is imperative that the analytical dimensions defined in the import file follow the order of the budget setup.Indicating the dimension types is not mandatory.
