Employees with their contracts

Prerequisites

The employee ID counters and the contract must exist.

Mandatory fields in the template

The mandatory fields are:

• Name of the employee
• First name of the employee
• Title
• Accounting code
• If import of the Bank ID number: Payment method, bank ID number, domicile
• If import of contract (See template CONTRACT)
  

The employee imported is automatically: Active, managed in pay, managed in time.
During the import, some fields are entered automatically if they are empty:
Employee data form

• Country name, initialized in regards to the country code
• Birth country name, initialized in regards to the country code
• Nationality title, initialized in regards to the nationality code
• Sex, initialized in regards to the title

Bank ID number form

• Percentage initialized at 100
  
  

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
