Report description

The BANK report prints the list of accounting movements carried out on a bank account and information useful for the bank account tracking.

The report header reports the following:

  • the bank code,
  • the title.

The BANK report prints, for each account:

The account balance on the previous accounting period

This balance takes into account all the entries, even if the Include reconciled entries is set to 'No'.

The account balance at the end of the period

This balance takes into account reconciled or not reconciled entries depending on the selected option.

    • If the selection option Include reconciled entries is set to 'Yes', the system displays the reconciled and not reconciled entries. However, the progressive balances (debit/credit) and totals (debit/credit) only take reconciled entries into account.
    • If the selection option Include reconciled entries is set to 'No', the system only displays not reconciled entries. Progressive balances (debit/credit) and totals (debit/credit) only take into account not reconciled entries.

This balance is displayed in the column Progressive balance of the last entry.

For each movement, the BANK report displays:

  • the accounting date,
  • the document type,
  • the document number,
  • the title,
  • the value date,
  • the reconciliation,
    (Meaning of the symbols:
    • * = exceptional reconciliation
    • uppercase = automatic reconciliation,
    • lowercase = manual reconciliation),
  • the debit amount,
  • the credit amount,
  • the progressive balance in credit or debit.
