Use this report to produce a listing of work orders that are overdue, measured from the expected end (due) date recorded on the work order.

All or a range of work orders can be included selected by site code and product code (bill of materials or component code).

Description of the report

This report prints summary details for the individual overdue work orders. The details include the original quantity planned, the quantity complete and the current quantity that is overdue at a given reference date.

Each page of the report has three distinct sections. The following fields are included:

  • Product details:
    • Product reference
      The finished goods (bill of materials) code.
    • Version
      The major, or major and minor version of the finished goods that applies. Major versions might be used where there have been increased or significant changes in functionality. Minor versions might be used where there have been minor features or changes in functionality, or significant fixes applied to a specific major version.
    • Analysis period of
      The start of the calendar year and the defined cut-off date for the inclusion of work orders in this report.
  • Work order header:
    • The work order number.
    • The quantity of finished goods required.
    • The quantity of finished goods completed at the defined cut-off date.
    • The date the finished goods are required. This date is either the end date defined for the work order or the date calculated for the defined scheduling method.
    • The date of the receipt of the first of the finished goods into stock.
    • The unit of measure applicable to the total quantity required and completed.
    • The number of days the work order is overdue to the expected completion date.
  • Analysis details:
    • The finished goods (bill of materials) code.
    • The major, or major and minor version of the finished goods that applies.
    • The forecast quantity of finished goods to be booked into stock and unit of measure applicable to the quantity.
    • The forecast number of days the work order is overdue to the expected completion date.
