Screen management

The search criteria are displayed in the higher part of the screen. These are the following:

  • Consumable code:if the field is blank, all of the consumable codes are considered.
  • Depositor: if the field is blank, all of the depositors of the site in progress are considered.
  • Movement type: Input, output or both.
  • Movement origin: Warehousing entity: expected input, administrative receipt, direct input, delivery order, round, or all entities included.
  • Once you specify the selection criteria, you can run the search.

The ‘Mvt total’ at the bottom left of the screen corresponds to the sum of all input movements minus the sum of all output movements for the site in progress.

The ‘Stock quantity’ at the bottom right of the screen corresponds to the consumable available stock for the site in progress.

Links to the entities are available by clicking the menu Actions on the table lines when the consumable movement is linked to a Warehousing entity.

It is possible to get two reports from this screen:

      • Stock of the consumables, sorted by consumable or by quantity
      • Movements of the consumables, sorted by consumable or by date
