Support numbers
This function allows the keying in of Support numbers in input.
If an item container is managed with support n° then it cannot be addressed in stock as long as the keying in of the support n° has not yet been carried out.
This function is available from version G2.

Screen management
The screen is compose of a simple table representing all the input movements of the item containers managed with support n° not yet addressed.
An item container is managed with support n° if the setting of the input configuration and the item container allows it..
Entry screen
Presentation
Two display modes are possible :
- By default, the zone « Not informed support n° » is ticked : the displayed input movements are the input movements not yet addressed for which the support numbers are not yet keyed in..
- To tick « Informed support n° » allows the display of input movements not yet addressed but whose support numbers were already keyed in.
To assign a support n° to an item container, just key in on the input line movement the support n° on the field ‘Support no’.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Selection
| Ifchosen, this flag displays the input movements whose support numbers were allkeyed in. |
| Ifchosen, this flag displays the input movements whose support numbers were notall keyed in yet. |
Grid Movements
| Support number assigned to each stock object created from this entity. |

It allows the selection of the input movements that need to have a support n° from the criteria Input n°, Input reference, Input line n°, input line reference, item code and item container. |
The button allows the reset to blank the support n° of the input movements in the case of changing of the setting in the management of support number of the item container. |
Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Quantity <> 1 incompatible with the keying in of support n°
It is not possible to key in a support n° for an input movement that has a quantity different to 1 container.
Input configuration without support number management
The input configuration indicates that no item container of this environment is managed with a support number.
