Detailed stock
This document is used to list the detailed stock by item and by location, depending on the requested selection.
The selection criteria for this print make it possible to print:
- A detailed stock report by item
- A detailed stock report by location
- A detailed stock report by item and by location
- A detailed stock report by Lot no.
- A detailed stock report by Support no.
- A detailed stock report by Reservation no.
- A detailed stock report by code of origin
- A detailed stock report by Entry no.
- A detailed stock report by FIFO dates
- A detailed stock report by stock nature
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Stocks.

Description of the report
A page recalling the criteria is printed, it contains the value of the entered citeria.
For each line of the detailed stock report, the report mentions:
- Item and item description
- Item depositor
- Store and storage address, location type (picking/reserve)
- Characteristics of the stock object: Lot no., Reservation no., stock nature.
- Other characteristics of the stock object: Origin, FIFO date, Input no., Support no.
- Quantity and container code of the stock object.
- Quantity and homogeneous container code of the object.
- CU total:
A sub-total by item can be calculated according to the criteria requested in the selection.
