Use this function to display the stock situation for a given group of products and site.

Header

Presentation

The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.

Site: It is mandatory to enter a site.

Product: it is possible to enter a range of products. If no product is entered, the inquiry displays the stock situation for all the products for the site.

Quantity selection: it is possible to display the stock in STK (stock unit) quantity or in active quantity (in this case, the products managed in 'potency' or international units are displayed in active quantity and the others in STK quantity).

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selections

Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active.

The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.

Enter the selection start product number. The product ranges limit the report to these products only.

Enter the ending product number for the selection. Product ranges are used to restrict the report to these products only.

Block number 2

  • Sort order (field SRTKEY)

Select the sort criteria to be applied to the display.

  • Quantity selection (field QTYTYP)

Select the quantity type for which you want to display the stock.

  • By default, it corresponds to the physical quantity.
  • For products managed in stock with a ‘potency’ expressed in percentage, you can also request the active quantity to be displayed.
For products managed in stock with a ‘potency’, the Available stock is always displayed as an active quantity, irrespective of the selected quantity type.

Presentation

The columns of this grid depend on the setup of the selected screen code.

By default the table reproduces for the chosen product, a summary line for its stock status for the site selected specifying

   The physical stock of the product,

  * Its stock in quality control and rejected,

  * Its available stock,

   * Its allocated stock.

Stock by lot

Click this action to access the inquiry of Stocks by lot for the selected product.

Detailed stock

Click this action to access the inquiry of Detailed stock for the selected product.

Stock transactions

Click this action to access the inquiry of Stock transactions by product.

Detailed allocated

Click this action to access the inquiry of Detailed allocations for the selected product.

Global allocated

Click this action to access the inquiry of Detailed allocations for the selected product.

Shortage

Click this action to access the inquiry of Stock shortages for the selected product.
This action is available if allocations resulted in shortages.

In-transit Stock
Transferred Stock

This action is available if the product is the object of an inter-site transfer.

Loan stock

Click this action to access the inquiry of Loan stock for the selected product.

Available stock

Click this action to access the inquiry of Available stock for the selected product.

Stock by unit

Click this action to view the stock situation in stock unit and packaging unit, by stock status, or for all status.

Stock by status

Click this action to view the stock of the product by status.

Stock management data

Click this action to display all the data relative to the product stock management.

Menu Bar

Click this action to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.
You can specify:

  • Criteria by range:
    • Products
    • Product categories
    • Buyer codes
    • Product lines
    • Statistical groups
    • Search key
    • EAN code
  • A calculation formula of the 'Stock selection' type: It must only apply to tables ITMMASTER (master product) and ITMFACILIT (product-site).
    Please refer to the Calculation formula documentation.
  • A screen code: as a rule, inquiries can be set up. You can use this customization feature to specify what information should be displayed and how to display it in the table. You can call upon customized inquiry screens using the screen code.
    Please see the Inquiry screens documentation.

You can save the selection criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on.
The STD memo code is specific since it is the one that is systematically applied upon entering the inquiry.

Requirements / Requirements not allocated

Click this action to display the requirements that have not been allocated for the selected product, and for the relevant site(s).

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
