This function is used to launch the "Managing the tracking plans" function after selection of the work orders with the status: "Firm", "Not suspended", "Pending", "In process" or "Completed".

Screen management

When a transaction is selected, the management of the tracking plans is done using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

The following fields are present on this tab :

Filters

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.

Operator in charge of performing the production planning or product ordering.

  • End date (field ENDDATSTR)

This field indicates the selection start date to enter.


    • field ENDDATEND

    This field indicates the selection end date to enter.

      Start - end range

      • Work order (field WMFGNUMD)

      Entering these fields is not mandatory. Use them to limit the display of allocations to one document or a range of documents.

      • field WMFGNUMF

      Enter the selection end entry number.

      Enter the selection start routing.

      Enter the selection end routing.

      Enter the start selection routing code.

      Enter the end selection routing code.

      • Pick (field PECFLG)

       

      • Order no. (field MFGNUM)

      This field displays the work order number (unique ID).
      This number is automatically or manually generated upon each creation.
      Click the Selectionicon to open the list of work orders (which only includes 'Firm' or 'Closed' work orders) and select a work order.

      • Release mode (field MFGMOD)

      This code is used to define the release mode.
      The mode can be of the following type:

      • Full: The material requirements and the operation loads are generated,
      • Materials only: No operation loads associated with the release,
      • Operations only: No material requirements associated with the release.

      Based on the entry transaction used, the partial modes can be of type "to be completed" or "final".

      • Start date (field STRDAT)

      This field identifies the 1st day of the period for which the distribution key is defined.
      It is possible to define up to 53 periods.
      Periods must be consecutive with no blank period.
      The curve must be defined from the 01/01 to the 12/31.

      • End date (field ENDDAT)

       

      • Tracking flag (field MFGTRKFLG)

       

      • Priority (field MFGPIO)

      Use this field to assign a priority to this work order.

      This field indicates the product management unit in which are expressed:

      • The stock
      • The standard price
      • The BOM link quantity, etc.

      This information is always displayed, regardless of the transaction used. It cannot be modified.

      • Planned quantity (field EXTQTY)

      This field indicates the planned quantity, expressed in sales unit, for this contract product.
      For information purposes, this quantity is used upon price list search.

      • Remaining quantity (field RMNEXTQTY)

       

      The routing is used to describe the product manufacturing process.
      The routing identifier is a product reference which can be the reference of a manufactured product, or a generic reference (mother routing) linked to several products.

      Multiple routings can be defined for a single product. Each routing code can be assigned specific management features. These include restriction of the routing to a specific site and to specific areas of functionality (for use in a manufacturing environment, for costing or for capacity planning).

      Specific Buttons

      This button is used to create a time tracking plan.

      This button is used to create a manufacturing plan.

      This button is used to create a material tracking plan.

      This button is used to create a reintegration plan.

      This button is used to create a technical sheet plan.

      This button is used to include all the available work order lines in the table to launch the management of the tracking plans.
      The line-by-line selection is done by double clicking in the "pegging" column.

      This button is used to exclude all the available work order lines in the table.
      The deletion of the line-by-line selection is done by double clicking in the "pegging" column.

      This function is used to view the entry transaction used.

      Error messages

      The only error messages are the generic ones.
