Purchase

 POHCLE (defined at level Company) : PO line closing method

 PTHCURDAT (defined at level Site) : Date of exch. rate for receipt

 PTHDIR (defined at level User) : Direct receipt

 PURPRICE (defined at level Company) : Price by default standard cost

 PURRND (defined at level Site) : Round unit price

 RCPORD (defined at level Company) : Allow over receipts

 UPDPRIPUR (defined at level Site) : Default price reason - base

Inventory

 STOTRACE (defined at level User) : Stock update trace level

Supervisor

 VTMEN (defined at level User) : Connection menu VT

Sequence Numbers

The sequence numbers used to number the documents managed by this function are :

 REC : Payment Receipt

The sequence number assignment function defines the sequence number which is used

Transactions

This function is not managed by parameterizable entry transactions.

The entry transactions are not used to manage the field display and entry.

They are only used to take into account specific parameters (movement codes, automatic journals, etc.) and to specify if the automatic printing of note and labels is required once the creation is complete.

To use the transaction in VT mode, the lot information (Title, Comment 1, etc.) must not be set to mandatory. There is only one exception: the lot Expiration.
By default, the system will submit the first transaction complying with this rule.

The default dimensions sections assignment is performed through the following codes :

 PTD (All companies ) : Receipt lines w/o PO

 STKREC (All companies ) : Stock movement Receipt

Miscellaneous tables

The following miscellaneous tables are used by the function. They must be populated if necessary :

 Miscellaneous table number 7 : Return reasons

 Miscellaneous table number 9 : Stock movement groups

Print-outs

Launching the printing of a slip or labels is done automatically once the receipt creation is complete. To do so, you need to apply the following setup rules:

• Entry transaction: For the slip, the document reference must be specified and automatic printing must be activated. For labels, the printing of labels must be authorized (Stock section).
  
• Products record (Units section): the format of STK labels must be specified.
  
• The destination printer must be specified. Several definition levels are possible for the destination (from the most general to the finer):
  
  - Function: Define the destination.
  - The destination specified on the User record.
  - The destination specified at the dictionary level of the Report.
  - The report code, which can be customized by the user, specified in the Destination per user setup function.
