This function is used to mass update the Contracts records of employees when the values defined by default in the "Administrative" tab of the Positions orProfiles functions are modified.

The validation of the criteria displays a control screen before the changes are finally implemented. The displayed values are limited to those which are being modified.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

  • Last name (field NAM)

 

  • Employee's first name (field SRN)

 

 

  • Date (field CTRDAT)

The date criterion is used to select all the active contracts within the given period.

For example:
Selection of the period from 01/01/2010 to 31/05/2010.
All the contracts with an arrival date before 31/05/2010 and for employees who are still within the company on 31/05/2010 will be displayed.

  • Issue date (field XITDAT)

 

  • Description (field DES001)

 

  • Before (field OCOL001)

 

  • After (field COL001)

 

  • To be modified (field UPD)

Employees

This option provides a direct access to the 'Employee' record of the current employee.

Contract

This option provides a direct access to the 'Contract' record of the current employee.

Tick

Use this option to select the lines which should be updated.

Untick

Use this option to clear the lines which should not be updated.
