Screen management

The screen is comprised of a simple grid.

Presentation

Algorithm to determine the assignment class of an item managed as a dangerous substance:
The lines in the grid will be considered in the order of the sequences.
If each entered criterion on the line has an identical value to that of the item, the assignment class is found, otherwise the next line is considered.

Allocation criteria of the assignment class for an item:

  • Depositor
  • Transport category (mandatory)
  • Hazardous material class (mandatory)
  • ICPE class
  • Group
  • Sub-group
  • Group
  • Sub-group

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Grid

  • Sequence (field SEQNUM)

The ICPE class is used to identify the types of hazardous materials (toxic, combustive, explosive, flammable, radioactive, etc.).

The family enables products to be classified on the basis of a criterion chosen by the user. It features the entity that defines the packing rules at product level.

The Sub-family enables products to be classified on the basis of a criterion chosen by the user.

The Group enables products to be classified on the basis of a criterion chosen by the user.

The Sub-Grou enables products to be classified on the basis of a criterion chosen by the user.

Code of the store sequence. The store sequence defines a priority input store to which stores can be linked if the addressing to said priority input store turns out to be impossible.

  • -> (field TIRET)

For each location, a priority assignment class is defined. It usually takes into account the caracteristics of the products that will be stored on said location: Lightweight product, heavy product, hazardous material, etc.
